You can permanently delete your Post Pintar account at any time. This page explains how to request account deletion, what happens afterwards, and which data will be removed.

What Gets Deleted

Ketika penghapusan akun Anda selesai diproses, seluruh data yang terkait dengan akun Anda akan dihapus secara permanen dan tidak dapat dipulihkan. Ini mencakup unggahan dan konten yang Anda buat, media yang Anda unggah, serta seluruh akun media sosial yang Anda hubungkan (beserta token akses OAuth-nya).

Once your account deletion is completed, all data tied to your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted. This includes the posts and content you created, the media you uploaded, and all of your connected social media accounts (along with their OAuth access tokens).

Once the deletion process is complete, this action cannot be undone. We cannot restore data that has been deleted.

7-Day Grace Period

Setelah Anda mengajukan penghapusan, terdapat masa tenggang 7 hari kerja untuk berjaga-jaga jika Anda berubah pikiran. Selama masa ini, admin kami akan mengingatkan dan mengonfirmasi ulang untuk memastikan bahwa Anda benar-benar ingin menghapus akun Anda. After you submit a deletion request, there is a 7 working-day grace period in case you change your mind. During this window, our admin will remind you and reconfirm to make sure you truly want to delete your account. Your account stays active until the grace period ends and the deletion is confirmed.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Buka halaman Profil Anda.
  2. Open your Profile page.
  3. Di bagian Danger Zone, klik tombol "Minta Penghapusan Permanen".
  4. In the Danger Zone section, click the "Request Permanent Deletion" button.
  5. Muncul popup konfirmasi dengan kolom alasan (teks bebas) yang wajib diisi.
  6. A confirmation popup appears with a required free-text reason field that you must fill in.
  7. Setelah Anda menyetujui, sistem membuat tiket berstatus URGENT dengan kategori "ACCOUNT Deletion".
  8. Once you agree, the system creates an URGENT ticket with the category "ACCOUNT Deletion".
  9. Admin meninjau permintaan Anda dan menunggu 7 hari kerja jika Anda berubah pikiran.
  10. An admin reviews your request and waits 7 working days in case you change your mind.
  11. Admin menindaklanjuti dan mengonfirmasi ulang apakah Anda benar-benar ingin menghapus akun.
  12. The admin follows up and reconfirms whether you really want to delete the account.
  13. Jika Anda tetap setuju, admin menghapus akun Anda secara permanen. Jika Anda membatalkan, admin hanya menutup tiket dan akun Anda tetap aktif.
  14. If you still agree, the admin permanently deletes your account. If you decline, the admin simply closes the ticket and your account stays active.
